Cheese, cheese, cheese... Dennis' favorite food in the world? A unique experience - we were invited to join these friends of our horseriding coach Jauma in producing their typical Menorquin cheese. We started off pretty clumsy but after a few pieces of practicing we created cheese that passed the tough quality control of the owner and went on to be sold in the market.
